Feels Like Fall

I can't believe how fast we went from summer to it suddenly feeling very fallish. It was so hot the beginning of this week I could hardly stand to be outside and then a switch flipped and it feels like fall.
This called for a trip to the Apple Orchard. I hadn't been to Edward's West in a long time and wanted to check it out and see what all they had. We weren't disappointed... it's smaller than the Edward's East but is very cute and had plenty to keep Hunter busy and most important... yummy doughnuts.
Hunter, of course, loved the petting zoo with baa baas, goats, chickens and a llama.

There were several tractors to play on. He loved that too and would run up to one and say "up, up" sit there for about 2 seconds, see another tractor and say "more" and run to that and repeat.... ...
A fun wood train to play on and climb thru.

A wood school bus with a wheel he absolutely loved to play with. Aunt Kelly came with and is in the background : )
And a couple tables that looked like sandboxes but were filled with soybeans. They were up kind of high so we sat him in it to play. He had a great time playing in that too. I thought it was a good idea... have to round up some soybeans :)
It was a beautiful afternoon and we had the place about to ourselves. We'll definitely have to take another trip there this fall!
