Another snowy day! These are from our 1st snowy day last weekend. It was warm enough and not windy, so we could play outside in the new snow! The boys were super excited. Hunter was ready to go first thing in the morning. And we did end up going out by about 9:30 to play.
He loved it!
So happy to be playing in the snow.
Aidan - not so much. He was not about to be left and thought he wanted to go outside but once out in the snow he quickly changed his mind! Of course, because it takes about 15 minutes to get him dressed to go out for 5 minutes of snow! The snow was still blowing around and he really didn't like it hitting him in the face.
This expression sums it up!
He also would hardly move or walk. Combination of snow pants, boots and deep uneven terrain was too much for him.
Hunter did everything from sledding, ridding his bike down the hills and going down the slide into a mountain of snow.
He really wanted to build a snowman. (The face is looking the other direction.) He wanted one built so badly...
So he could smash it to bits seconds later! There may have even been a baseball bat involved... I'm not really sure.
Aidan tried it again later in the day and had a little more fun in the snow. Hunter played for hours and wasn't bothered at all by getting cold.
By the looks of things we'll have plenty of snow for awhile to keep playing in!

Looks like at least Hunter had fun. We are finally getting our first significant snowfall here. I don't think it will be as deep as your snow though. Can't wait to take Blake out in it tomorrow to see what he thinks.
