Spencer Lake

The boys and I were lucky enough to spend a few days in Waupaca a few weeks ago with Teara and Madigan.    We had perfect weather and a great time!   Of course it meant lots of beach time.   The boys loved the sand and the water.

AJ loved the sand a little too much and even put his face in it a couple of times.   Throwing sand was big fun.  He loved the lake and ran right in and was really fearless until he lost his balance and got a little too wet.   After that he was more cautious.

And it's even more fun when you're dressed and not in a swimsuit!

We also spent lots of time at the park.  They loved the park and that is was so close.

They look like they are gazing off but they are watching a kitty by the river with much fascination.

Lots of fun!   We were a little.... a lot tired from not sleeping much at night and not taking great naps.   The kids were just having too much fun too sleep good, glad we could get in a little mini vacation.
