Pet or Pest?

Ughhh.... definitely a pest!  Look at that face.   He's saying thanks for the birdseed!   What a pest.  He's decided that our porch is his new home and our bird feeder his buffet.
He spends hours eating birdseed.    The big rat.
Then he walks our railing and cleans himself by my kitchen window.   Then he takes a nap in our wood box and then goes back for another meal.
It keeps Aidan busy.   He loves possum watching.

He thinks he can reach all bird feeders but he can't.   A little something about possum's... they don't try very hard.   He gave up on this one pretty easily.   Decided it was too much work!

And he's not afraid to get up close.  Oh well... it keeps Aidan and Max busy.
He will meet his demise soon... and by demise I mean trapped and re-released far from our house!  Now to find a trapper.

That is hilarious! I can't believe he even naps in your box. I think you should let him in the house as a pet. =0)

Seriously, Madigan would LOVE to come over and see him. I told you how much she loves to watch the raccoon on our deck. What time of day does he come around? We will have to come over for a "viewing".

Borrow Lexi and tie her on your porch for a couple days. He'll find a new home. Or better yet, I'm sure Hunter would love a dog of his own. (= You can always find a garage sale puppy like we did and just bring her home to surprise Adam.
