Aidan has had a lot of 1
st's lately. I feel like once he hits the 5-6 month mark it just starts to all go so fast and I'm trying to enjoy as much of this baby time as I can.

He went to his 1st
waterpark. We went to
CoCo Keys on my birthday last week. He did pretty good and Hunter really enjoyed it.

First time in the
exersaucer. I have to say I love the exersaucer stage! Just a great thing for them to play in and they can't escape on you and go anywhere yet.
First time in the jumpy. He can't jump yet but I think he likes the new sensation of sitting up more and being able to move & look around. Hunter, of course, thinks that all of these "new" toys are the funnest things ever. If we can get him to leave Aidan alone long enough, Aidan might actually enjoy it more.

First time it the pool this week... everyday in the pool this week since holy cow it was hot!! He did
ok, better as the week went on the water got warmer & warmer!

1st time rolling over. Back to front & front to back. He's been working on rolling for awhile now and finally can get over & back over again this week.

He still does not really like being on his tummy. I think he just wants to go because he gets his legs kicking and just gets mad he's not moving. And notice in both pics he's not even on his mat he started on. This is what I mean by it just goes fast from this point. Rolling around, being more mobile, starting to crawl..... I don't think I'm ready for all this yet!

And getting over his 1st really nasty cough... Hunter & Aidan were both sick about 2 weeks ago. Both had bad coughs that turned into bad colds. Both passed it on to both Adam & I. We are still trying to shake the last of the sinus issues. Poor Aidan though was so tired from being sick and was coughing so much he couldn't sleep and would keep waking up. As soon as you'd pick him up he'd just be out again. Sweet picture on Daddy even though he doesn't feel good.

He's better now. His last first of this week is 1st time making some "
da da da" sounds. Not really saying "
dada" yet but babbling with more "d" noises.
There's my long Aidan update. I am really trying to keep up on his baby book & at least write things down so I can update later. It helps to blog some of it to look back on too.
