1 Month

I feel like it's been a while... finding time to be online and do anything extra has been the challenge lately. I almost think the 1st 2 weeks were easier than the past 2. Aidan was pretty quiet his 1st 2 weeks of life and has since decided to show us he can be noisy and cry! Yikes! We've definitely had a few evenings, mornings... whenever he decides he wants to... times of a fussy baby. The old tricks like the vacuum cleaner, swing, car rides... whatever else we can think of are being used!
This will be quick and random... both boys are currently sleeping, who knows how long that will last. Hunter has a cold (sigh) and is sleeping very noisily. He is however, in his new bed. Below pictured bouncing on his bed. That's all he thought it was good for at first and he still wanted to sleep in the crib. He has been warming up to his bed and sleeping in it a little more the past few days. It's a full/twin bunk bed. We haven't put up the top bunk yet. It's a blurry picture because all he does is jump!
Aidan is 1 month already. He weighed 10 lbs 3 ounces. He is doing well.... he can be quite fussy when awake and a little inconsolable at times. And he does wake up a lot. He hasn't slept more than a 3 hour stretch yet and really only sleeps about 1 of those a day and then the rest are shorter. Feels like Hunter all over again!

Still a little a cutie. In his swing... this is a life saver during the day. I love the swing. We used it tons with Hunter and again now with Aidan.

Although it has been a little challenging with Hunter. He likes to say things like "momma hold Hunter, baby in the swing" or "Dada hold Aidan, momma hold Hunter." He really is doing okay. He likes to keep track of Aidan. Thinks it's funny to watch him when he's awake and likes to try and touch him. He gets very concerned when Aidan starts crying and we don't go get him right away. And he does like to show him off to guests.

All and all they are keeping us busy as expected but it's still fun : )
