Okay so it was Halloween and this was his "costume." I'll leave it up to you what he actually was but let's just say the mustache is real and he did go to work looking like this.
It was a full beard which I had been begging him to shave off... he did and left just the mustache for Halloween. Then came home from work and said that all the guys loved the mustache and he told him to leave it. Mnnnnnn.... no! Thankfully it's gone now.Oh and this was on his birthday too.... Happy belated birthday! Glad to have my clean-shaved husband back : )

Nice stache! Facial hair is completely off-limits in the Rhode home...
I love it! It complete changes his persona. There's something just slightly derelict about it. It just hit me, it totally reminds me of Earl from the sitcom "My Name is Earl". Go look!
